Deadline for the Peachtree City Fitness Challenge registration is this Saturday

Corporate, nonprofit, and church running or walking teams interested in participating in the Peachtree City Fitness Challenge at this year’s PTC Classic Road Race should submit preliminary team rosters, along with individual applications, by Sept. 18. More team members may be added to the team rosters up to the day before the Classic, but teams must be registered with at least one paid member by that date.

The PTC Fitness Challenge is a team competition challenging all companies, organizations, and churches to participate in the 23rd Annual Peachtree Classic Road Race on Oct. 16. Teams will compete in one of seven different divisions. Employees working in PTC locations are eligible to run in the corporate, nonprofit, and government divisions, and church members are eligible for the church division. Organizations with the highest percentage of their employees or members finishing either of the 5K races or the 15K race (running or walking) will be recognized at the Oct. 18 PTC Recreation Commission meeting. Winners will be designated as the “Most Fit Company, Organization, or Church” in Peachtree City.
