McDonough Rd. to present musical

The combined Celebration and Voices of Praise choirs of McDonough Road Baptist Church will present “Fill This House — A Day of Praise and Worship,” Sunday, Sept. 26, at 10:55 a.m.

The presentation is filled with celebrative music, and “lifts up the Lord and turns people’s hearts towards God,” according to Mark Karki, minister of music and worship at McDonough Road.The musical is part of a six-week emphasis on building Bible study attendance, entitled “the McDonough Road 500,” which begins Sept. 19 and continues on Oct. 24.

McDonough Road is at 352 McDonough Rd., just beyond the Department of Motor Vehicles office. Bible study begins each Sunday at 9:45 a.m. and worship is at 10:55 a.m.
