Bad Links? | Nighttime visit in PTC park leads to drug arrestA Fayetteville man was caught with a significant amount of crystal methamphetamine Monday after hours at the Rockspray Park playground, police said. Christopher Gleason, 22, had numerous bags of crystal methamphetamine and marijuana when officers found him in the park, police said. He was charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana (less than one ounce), possession of drug related objects and loitering. Police Chief James Murray said the department was following up leads on the case Tuesday morning. It was packaged for individual distribution, so that bothers us, Murray said. A friend who was with Gleason at the time, Bruce Savage, 18, also of Fayetteville, was charged with violating park hours. |
