Bad Links? | ATM purloined from store; burglars caught on tape, may be identifiedA standalone ATM was stolen from a north Fayette convenience store early Monday morning, but surveillance video at the store provided a good lead for detectives working the case, police said. After breaking into the Amoco at the intersection of Ga. highways 138 and 314, three black males dragged it out of the store and loaded it into a white minivan, said Lt. Col. Bruce Jordan of the Fayette County Sheriffs Department. The ATM was stocked with about $1,100, Jordan said. John Munford. |
