OCharleys sets Fayetteville opening for October 26Good food and good times are coming to Fayetteville, Georgia with the October 26 opening of OCharleys, which recently broke ground at 1350 Highway 85 North. Known for its varied menu with an emphasis on fresh preparation, the casual dining chain has been popular with residents in nearly 220 communities across the Southeast and Midwest for more than 20 years. This new development, a smaller version of the already popular OCharleys building, will have 5,130 square feet with seating for 187 guests. This prototype, the first of its kind for OCharleys, has been developed to serve smaller communities which OCharleys has not been able to access previously. The fresh food, diverse menu and neighborhood feel of our restaurants make OCharleys a great choice for any occasion, said Frank Biller, vice president of operations for OCharleys. Our casual, relaxed atmosphere is ideal for anything from a family outing to a business lunch, while the variety in our menu appeals to everyone. Steaks, ribs and prime rib have long been OCharleys favorites. OCharleys choice beef is carefully selected, then aged three to six weeks in OCharleys meat lockers to allow flavor and tenderness to reach their peak. A wide-selection of hand-trimmed cuts, including choice sirloin, ribeye and filet mignon, are offered. Prime rib, an OCharleys specialty dating back to its first restaurant, is slow cooked in special ovens to ensure that each cut is tender and juicy. OCharleys signature Chicken OTenders feature hand-breaded, boneless chicken breast filets. OCharleys soups are made from scratch, and salads are prepared in the kitchen with fresh ingredients and served with OCharleys special-recipe dressings. All entrées are served with OCharleys hot, freshly-baked yeast rolls. Featured on the dessert menu is OCharleys famous caramel pie, a graham cracker crust filled with creamy caramel topped with whipped cream, chocolate chips and pecans. In addition to being popular for lunch and dinner, OCharleys serves Sunday brunch, including steak and eggs, waffles and omelets. Available to children aged 10 and under, OCharleys Kids Menu includes hamburgers, pasta marinara, bite-size shrimp, chicken tenders, kids steak tips and macaroni & cheese. Priced at $3.49 each, childrens selections include choice of meal, beverage and a treat. On Sundays, children may choose from the Kids Brunch menu, which includes waffles, scrambled eggs and French toast sticks. The new store is anticipated to employ 80-85 team members, in addition to 5-6 managers. Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, OCharleys hours of operation are 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., with extended hours during the weekend. A full service bar is also available. OCharleys Sunday brunch begins at 10:30 a.m. Fayetteville is a great community and a perfect fit for the OCharleys concept, added Biller. OCharleys is not only a great place to work, but we offer great food in a comfortable, family-friendly environment. We are very excited to have the opportunity to become involved and contribute to the residents of Fayetteville. OCharleys operates 218 company-owned, casual-dining, full-service restaurants in 16 states in the Southeast and Midwest, with one franchise OCharleys restaurant in Michigan. With an emphasis on fresh preparation, the menu features specialty items such as hand-cut and aged steaks, a variety of seafood and chicken, freshly-baked yeast rolls, fresh-cut salads with special-recipe salad dressings and their signature caramel pie.
