Wedding AnnouncementsRiedl-Croker Sabrina M. Riedl, daughter of Charlene Riedl of Tyrone and Steven L. Riedl of Peachtree City, and William (Billy) Grant Croker III, son of Bill and Teresa Croker of Peachtree City, were married July 24, 2004 at Mon Bel Ami Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas, Nevada. The brides maid of honor was her cousin, Ms. Gina Allocca, from Santa Fe, N.M. The bridesmaid was her high school friend, Ms. Jessica Lasky, from Peachtree City. Sean Croker, brother of the groom was the best man, and Josh Riedl, brother of the bride, was groomsman. The bride is a 2002 graduate of McIntosh High School and has completed two years at Georgia College and State University. She will transfer and continue her studies in Las Vegas. The groom is a 2001 graduate of McIntosh High School and is an Airman First Class, currently stationed at Nellis Air force base in Las Vegas, Nev. He is third generation military. After a brief honeymoon, the couple is residing in Las Vegas. Owen-Minshew Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Owen and Vandana Smith of Fayetteville announce the engagement of their daughter, Tasana Owen, to Richard David Minshew, son of Robbie Crockett of Newnan and David Minshew of Brunswick. The bride-to-be is a 1999 graduate of Sandy Creek High School. She is currently employed by Delta Airlines. The future groom is a 1999 graduate of Lovejoy High School. He also is employed by Delta Airlines. The wedding will be Saturday, Oct. 2, 2004, at 2:30 p.m. at Sandy Creek Baptist Church. Attendance is by invitation only. A reception will follow at the Atlanta Motor Speedway. Following a three-week tour in Europe, the couple will reside in Peachtree City. Milnes-Rogers Robert Milnes of Albany and Linda Rice of Eufaula, Ala. announce the engagement of their daughter, Lisa Kelly Milnes, to Adam Gregory Rogers, son of Mr. and Mrs. James L. Rogers Jr. of Peachtree City. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Lloyd Lane of Colquitt and the late Mr. And Mrs. Fred Milnes of Albany. She is a 1990 graduate of Miller County High School and is employed with Star Packaging Corporation. The groom-elect is the grandson of the Mr. And Mrs. James L. Rogers Sr. and the late Margaret Rogers of Dothan, Ala. and the late Mr. And Mrs. Tobe Milner of Cuthbert. He is a 1991 graduate of McIntosh High School, and a 1996 graduate of Georgia Southern University in Statesboro where he majored in business management. He is a builder with David Weekley Homes. The wedding will be Nov. 20, 2004, at 5 p.m. at Fayetteville Baptist Church. A reception willfollow the ceremony. Nashville, Tenn., and Josh Hendershot of Lawrenceville. Ring bearers were Landon Mabe, nephew of the bride, and Walker Bolch, nephew of the groom. A program of wedding music was provided by Katrina Jones, sister of the bride, and Geoffrey Mabe, brother-in-law of the bride. The reception was held in the Retreat Room of the King and Prince Beach Resort where a buffet dinner and wedding cake were enjoyed by guests. The evening before the wedding, a Hawaiian Luau rehearsal dinner, held in the Delegal Room of the King and Prince, was hosted by the grooms parents. The couple honeymooned at the King and Prince and presently reside in Suwanee. |
