Landmark student plans to become missionary pilotJohn Murphy, an eighth-grade student at Landmark Christian School, is working toward his dream of becoming a missionary pilot. This summer, John was able to help fly an eight-passenger single engine plane into the Amazon for a three week mission trip to Labrea. John already has about 15 hours of flying time in his log book at Falcon Field in Peachtree City. He needs about 100 hours to get his private/instrument pilot certification. |
