Christy Jantzen to appear at Christ Our Shepherd

Christian artist Christy Jantzen of Parker, Colo., will be at Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church in Peachtree City Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 28-29, during worship services and Sunday School.Jantzen will sing at the Saturday evening service at 7 p.m., at Sunday morning services at 8:30 and 11 a.m., and will present a mini-concert at 9:45 a.m.

Besides traveling for concerts and recording albums, Jantzen is a spokesperson for World Vision International. She has raised sponsors for more than 1500 needy children in World Vision’s ministry.

Jantzen has performed at crusades and worship services, including those at Saddleback Community Church, where Rick Warren, author of Purpose-Driven Life, is pastor.

Christ Our Shepherd is at Ga. Hwy. 54 and Peachtree Parkway in Peachtree City.
