Strickland-Gentry

Charles and Yvonne Strickland of Fayetteville announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Dawn Marie Strickland, to Joshua Lance Gentry, son of Russ Gentry of Osceola, Ind., and Brenda Haraway of Athens, Ala.

The bride-to-be is a 1999 graduate of Fayette County High School and a recent graduate of Clayton College and State University, where she received a B.A, degree in psychology and human services.

The groom-elect is a 1998 graduate of East Limestone High School in Athens, Ala. He currently is employed as a police officer with the Montgomery Police Department.

The wedding and reception for close friends and family will be Nov. 27, 2004, in Brooks.
