Park groundbreaking set for Monday

The Fayette County Recreation and Engineering Departments have announced the groundbreaking ceremony for the new North Fayette Park to be held Monday, Aug. 16, at 10 a.m. This park project is a milestone accomplishment for the North Fayette area. All homeowners of North Fayette and neighboring communities are invited to attend. For more information, call 770-994-7998. The ceremony will take place off of Ga. Highway 279 near the Kenwood Road entrance.
