Senoia Speedway features winners going awayIn the Allan Vigil Ford 40-lap Late Model feature; having won the Sportsman race prior to climbing into his late model, Bobby East was a man on a mission on this occasion. Wayne Hansard recorded the fastest qualifying speed with a 14.634-sec. lap, then rolled a three on the dice, advancing East to the pole position. When the green flag waved, East jumped out to an early lead, followed by: Korey Ruble, Hansard and Matt Hawkins. The running order would remain the same as Ruble and Hansard battled door-to-door for the second place position with Ruble taking the outside line around the speedway. As the laps wound down, Mark Bicker advanced into the fourth place position on lap 38 and would hold on to that position while Hansard and Ruble continued to battle for the second place position. With Hansard and Ruble battling for second, East had gained a commanding lead and took the win, followed by: Ruble, Hansard, Bicker and Hawkins. In the Sportsman 30-lap feature, Booby East recorded the fastest time in qualifying with a 15.186 sec. lap, then rolled a two on the dice, placing him on the outside of the front row with Andy Cash starting on the pole. When the green flag waved, East, who won last weeks Sportsman feature in the same Dodge entry driving for owner/driver Jody Cash, jumped out to an early lead and never looked back. East would maintain the lead and take the win, followed by: Andy Cash, Terry Medley, Larry Pierce, Sr. and Larry Petty. In the Larry's New & Used Tire's 15-lap feature, Larry Pierce, Sr. would lead the event from Flag-to-flag, followed by: Richard Blume, Gary Liveley, George Pierce, Jr. and Larry Pierce, Jr. In the Bandolero 15 lap feature, Bre Sharp jumped out to an early lead with Tina Johnson challenging for the top spot.ÊJohnson would take the position on lap two and maintain top honors the remainder of the event with Sharp within inches of her back bumper. Johnson would maintain the lead and take the win, followed by: Sharp, Chase Moody, Taylor Hull and Joshua McCallum In the Legend Cars 25-lap feature, Bubba Harry jumped out to an early lead, followed by: Jeremy Kalina, Casey Tate and Chris Cable. On lap four, Kalina dove low on the speedway and took over the top spot from Harry.ÊHowever, on lap 10 of the event, Harry would slip past Kalina and take over the lead with Kalina pressuring him for the position. Harry would maintain the lead for the remainder of the event and take the win, followed by: Casey Tate, Chris Cable, Jeremy Kalina and Scott Moseley. In the Aaron's Pro Challenge 25-lap feature, Terry Mathis led the event from flag to flag to take the win, followed by: Kyle Mitchell, Jonathan Chandler, Rusty McLain and Bobby Keys.
