With Moore having an impressive lead, Delp began to pull away from the field and close the gap on the leader.ÊAs the event entered into the final 10 laps, Delp caught Moore and pressured him for the lead.Ê However, Moore refused to give up the position and took the checkered flag on lap 100 with Delp within inches of his back bumper. In the Sportsman 25-lap feature, Bobby East took off from his Pro Late Model driving duties and drove the Number 42 Dodge machine for regular series driver Jody Cash. Piloting the only Dodge entry in this series, East took over the lead on the first lap and never looked back. When racing resumed, Kalina was pressuring Harry for the lead when he experienced mechanical problems on lap 23 and was clearly off the pace. Harry would maintain the lead and take the win.
