Police BlotterThe following arrests were reported by the Peachtree City Police Department for the past week: Megan Aaron, 22, of Tallahassee, Fla. July 21 for DUI and possession of an open container of alcohol. Vanessa Gomez, 18, of Peachtree City July 21 for DUI and failure to stop at a stop sign. Nicole Johnson, 18, of Atlanta July 22 for possession of an altered check. Greg Granger, 50, of Peachtree City for aggravated battery. Luis Jaimantorres, 55, of Doraville July 22 for DUI, possession of an open container of alcohol, speeding and failure to meet brake light requirements. Wayne Steadman, 52, of Fairburn July 22 for violation of probation. Jeff Young, 19, of Senoia July 22 for theft by shoplifting and underage possession of alcohol. Jeffery Echols, 35, of Palmetto July 23 for driving with a suspended license and failure to yield. Jabrawn Victrum, 19, of Peachtree City July 3 for possession of marijuana (less than one ounce) and an improper U-turn. Rico Gay, 25, of Peachtree City July 24 for drunk and disorderly conduct and resisting a police officer. Bartolome Mendez, 23, of Peachtree City July 24 for drunk and disorderly conduct. Tomas Mendoza-Garcia, 33, July 24 for theft by receiving stolen property. Luis Reyes, 24, of Peachtree City July 24 for theft by receiving stolen property. Shane Moritz, 32, of Peachtree City July 24 for simple battery, obstructing an emergency phone call and false imprisonment. Richard Matsey, 43, of Peachtree City July 24 for obstruction of a police officer and providing false information to a police officer. Michael Kite, 37, of Sharpsburg July 25 for failure to appear in court, driving without insurance, unlawful use of a license plate and driving without a tag. Brian Welch, 18, of Peachtree City July 25 for DUI, possession of marijuana (less than one ounce) and a seat belt violation. Kevin Williamson, 18, of Peachtree City July 25 for possession of marijuana (less than one ounce). Bradley Pierce, 20, of Newnan July 25 for possession of marijuana (less than one ounce) and underage possession of alcohol. Kristen Henson, 19, of Fayetteville July 26 for possession of methamphetamine. The department is also investigating numerous incidents of criminal damage and criminal trespassing in the Village Park subdivision. A $500 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible. Anyone with information is asked to contact the department at 770-631-2510.
