After school registration is next week

Registration for the After School Program is August 2 through 5, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at Coweta County elementary schools.

There is a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $10 per child. All outstanding balances must be paid in full before students can register for the After-School Program.

Tuition for the ASP will be $10 per day. Tuition payments made by Friday prior to the week of attendance will be $8 per day reserved. This tuition is an increase from earlier announcements, due to changes in the program's cost.

To maintain a space in the ASP, parents must pay for at least one designated day of attendance each week, regardless of whether the child attends or not.

Since enrollment in the After School Program is limited, a waiting list will be provided once maximum enrollment is reached. Please see the site coordinator in the school cafeteria to complete all necessary information.

Arrangements for the After School program at each school must be handled with the site coordinator at the school in the school's cafeteria. You may obtain additional information from Vickie Bray at 678-423-2000, extension 217, or by writing to Vickie.bray@cowetaschools.org.

Students who were pre-registered for the ASP in May must go by their child's school to schedule attendance and pre-pay on or before August 5
