Southside Theatre Guild seeks talented actors for ghost storySouthside Theatre Guild in Fairburn will have auditions for William Archibalds The Innocents Sunday, June 27 at 2 p.m. and Monday, June 28 at 7 p.m. The show is based on Henry James The Turn of the Screw and is set in a manor house in England in the late 1800s. There are four roles available: one for a young man between the ages of 11-14; one for a girl between the ages of 8-11, one for a young woman between the ages of 20-30 and one for an older woman in her 50s or 60s. The roles for the younger actors are large parts and are very important to the show. The girls role may require the playing of a brief piano piece so musical talent would be appreciated. There are also two non-speaking roles available: one for a young woman between 20-30 and one for a man between the ages of 30-50. Auditions will take place at the theater at 20 W. Campbellton St. in Fairburn. For more information, visit www.stgplays.com or phone one of the directors, Nancy Norris, at 404-797-3727.
