Brayson agents named to list

Two current Brayson Homes agents, Deborah Reahm and Sandy Jenkins, were once again included in Communities Magazine’s annual Communities 100 listing of Atlanta’s leading residential realtors, based on sales in 2003.

This year, the 17th year that the magazine has announced its “Communities 100,” the publication is once again selecting the leading 100 agents in three categories: New Home Agents, Individual Agents and Team Agents. Both Brayson agents were included in the category for New Home Agents.

Deborah Reahm, recognized this time for more than $7 million in sales, currently represents represents her company in Fairmont on the Park in Gwinnett County.

Sandy Jenkins, who was cited in the Communities 100 listing for over $5 million in sales, was recently promoted to the position of sales manager.

Brayson Homes also served as one of this year’s sponsors of the annual Communities 100 Breakfast, where the recipients were recognized.

Gwinnett-based Brayson Homes, which was founded in 1977, has sold over 7,500 new homes during its 27-year history. The company is active in Gwinnett, DeKalb, South Fulton, Clayton, Coweta, Newton, Paulding and Henry County markets and will soon be building in Spalding and Douglas counties.

The Brayson Homes group of builders is one of only a few of the 13,000 builders in the more than 20-year history of the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Program to receive the prestigious Diamond Builder award for quality construction and customer service.

The company has earned awards in the prestigious Professionalism Competition sponsored by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and the Sales & Marketing Council.
