Bullard agents named to Communities 100Seven agents from the Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty organization were included in Communities Magazines annual Communities 100 listing of Atlantas leading residential realtors, based on sales in 2003. This year, the 17th year that the magazine has announced its Communities 100, the publication has once again selected the leading 100 agents in three categories: New Home Agents, Individual Agents and Team Agents. Among the Team Agents, the honorees included Donna Tidwell of the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty, cited for more than $20 million in sales, and Susan Clowdus of the Jonesboro/Clayton County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard, who had more than $11 million in sales. Included among Individual Agents were five agents from Coldwell Banker American Land Mart, a company affiliated with the Bullard organization. These included Betty Denio, who had over $14 million in sales and who was saluted as a Gold Circle Member for inclusion in the Communiies 100 for 12 years; Sandi Austin and Linda Lindsey, each with over $11 million in sales; Ann Bell, with over $10 million in sales; and Deborah Hall, with over $6 million in sales. The oldest and largest real estate company headquartered in the Metro South area of Atlanta, Coldwell Banker Bullard has its headquarters in Jonesboro. The company now has other offices in Griffin, McDonough, Jackson, Peachtree City, and Newnan, plus its new branch office in Conyers and the separate but affiliated Coldwell Banker American Land Mart in Conyers. The Bullard organization, founded in 1956 by the late Cliff Bullard, worked out a franchise agreement with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation a few years ago. Current President and owner Steve Bullard has been with the company for more than 30 years.
