Fenton named Bullard training coachStephanie Fenton has been named training coach for Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty, announced Steve Bullard, owner and president of the company. In this position, Fenton is involved in developing and teaching post licensing, motivaional, and contact management courses to new agents with the company, as well as coaching rea lestate strategies to seasoned agents and managing brokers. She will be working with all Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty office and Coldwell Banker American Land Mart. A native of Kingston, N.Y., Fenton is the daughter of a career U.S. Army dentist. She holds a B. S. degree from Georgia State University. President of The Old House Works Inc., an old house renovation company, from 1980 until 1995, she moved to Cedar Pond Farm, Stockbridge in 1981. She began her real estate career with Clark Realty, Stockbridge, in 1981, she is an Active Life Member of the Million Dollar Club and chaired the Metro South Association of Realtors Ethics Committee for seven years. Her background also includes two years as a paralegal with a real estate attorney. Fenton enjoys writing fiction, riding and breeding Connemara ponies. The oldest and largest real estate company headquartered in the Metro South area of Atlanta, Coldwell Banker Bullard has its headquarters in Jonesboro. The company now has other offices in Griffin, McDonough, Jackson, Peachtree City, and Newnan, plus its new branch office in Conyers and the separate but affiliated Coldwell Banker American Land Mart in Conyers. The Bullard organization, founded in 1956 by the late Cliff Bullard, worked out a franchise agreement with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation a few years ago. Current president and owner Steve Bullard has been with the company for more than 30 years.
