Neal Pointe plans announcedBrayson Homes has announced plans for Neal Pointe, a community of approximately 123 homes in the Ellenwood area of Clayton County. With homes priced from the high $150,000s, Neal Pointe is located on Double Bridge Road, which runs off Front Street. It is near Interstate 675, and it is also convenient to Rex Park, daycare facilities, and Southlake Mall. Brayson Homes will be building both ranch and two-story designs, including its Palmetto, Victoria, Maple, Redwood, Preston, Dunbar, and Camden III, as well as a new design, the Naples. Features of the homes, per plan, will include brick fronts, vaulted ceilings, hardwood entry foyers, bonus booms, finished garages, garden tubs, fireplaces with marble surrounds, and brushed chrome lighting packages.
