Bullard agents named to Sterling SocietyFourteen sales associates with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty have been honored as members of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporations 2003 International Sterling Society. The distinguished membership is limited to the top 23 percent of the more than 113,800 Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation sales associates worldwide. The group of honorees includes Linda Scott, who was with the companys Peachtree City/Fayette County office but recently transferred to the Newnan/Coweta County office; Andrea Cheney and Nancy Hollis of the Jonesboro/Clayton County office; Doris Wagner, Marsha Cook and Rose Davis of the Peachtree City/Fayette County office; Brooks Brackett, Debra Morgan and Reid Jones of the McDonough/Henry County office; Jan Yoemans, Vincent Truong and Marjorie Rowe of the Newnan/Coweta County office; and Debbie Ingram and Randy Couey of the Jackson/Butts County office. These agents were presented with this distinguished honor at the companys International Business Conference, held recently in Las Vegas, Nev. The annual event brought over 10,000 Coldwell Banker sales associates, brokers, managers, and employees together for an intensive program of professional development and recognition of achievement. Barbara Walters, ABC news correspondent, co-anchor of "20/20" and co-host of ABC Daytimes "The View," was the keynote speaker for the high-powered gathering. The conference entertainment included: master of ceremonies Bob Eubanks; comic Richie Minervini; the popular dance band, The Zippers; and the Grammy-Award winning female trio, the legendary Pointer Sisters. The oldest and largest real estate company headquartered in the Metro South area of Atlanta, Coldwell Banker Bullard has its headquarters in Jonesboro. The company now has other offices in Griffin, McDonough, Jackson, Peachtree City, and Newnan, plus its new branch office in Conyers and the separate but affiliated Coldwell Banker American Land Mart in Conyers. The Bullard organization, founded in 1956 by the late Cliff Bullard, worked out a franchise agreement with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation a few years ago. Current president and owner Steve Bullard has been with the company for more than 30 years. Since 1906, the Coldwell Banker organization has been the premier provider of full-service real estate. In 2003, Franchise Times magazine's prestigious Top 200 issue ranked the organization number one in real estate and number eight overall. Power and Associates 2003 Home Buyer/Seller Satisfaction Study.
