Metro Brokers launches new Web site

Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate unveiled a new and improved Web site earlier this month.

The new Web site features enhanced search criteria for customers and an expanded Fast Find feature that allows visitors to search for a home if they only have a portion of the information on a listing, such as the street name or subdivision.

The Web site also has new sections for Elegant Homes, Relocation Services, Business Brokerage, Title/Closing Services, and New Homes. Drop down menus have been added for all sections so visitors don’t have to click on a page and wait for it to load to see if it has the information they are looking for.

In addition, the agent’s photo is on every listing for associates who have completed their personal profile. Visitors to metrobrokers.com can choose a Realtor by area of expertise, such as Elegant Homes, first-time homebuyers, mountain properties or commercial sales.

Understanding that time is of the essence, Metro Brokers allows visitors to set an appointment online while viewing a listing with a new feature called Showing Time. The homebuyer simply clicks on the Showing Time clock icon to make an appointment anytime between 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week.

Visitors can also chat online about properties, relocation assistance, and neighborhood and school information with Metro Mike, the only real estate online animated tutorial, that encourages users to stay online so they can get as much information as possible.

Since its debut in 1994, the Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate web site continues to increase its productivity exponentially. Metrobrokers.com has more than 6 million hits per week, 15,000+ unique visitors and the average visitor session length is 29+ minutes.
