Savannah Place event draws crowd

A recent agents luncheon at Savannah Place, Jerry Ballard Homes’ single-family residential community in the LaGrange area, had a good turnout, said Denise Rimlinger, the sales agent for the community.

Those attending the event feasted on HoneyBaked Ham, special coconut cake from the ham store, and homemade potato salad.

Jerry Ballard Homes has only three homes still available for purchase in Savannah Place, which is located at the intersection of Teaver Road and Pyne Road near LaGrange.

Of the available homes, one is the decorated model home, which can be purchased complete with furnishings. Prices range from $127,600 to $130,600.

The Total Electric homes in Savannah Place have three bedrooms and two baths, and most of the homes have vaulted ceilings in the greatroom and trey ceilings in the master bedrooms. The exteriors feature maintenance-free vinyl siding with brick and stone accents on certain models, with homesites generally three-quarters of an acre or larger.

The community’s location is convenient to LaGrange/Callaway Airport, the industrial park, LaGrange College, West Point Lake, and West Georgia Medical Center.
