Tyrones Tullamore becomes new home buyer destinationTullamore, Pathway Communities first community in Tyrone, has quickly become a new home buyer destination. Tullamore sales representatives Lynn Manning and Ginnie Cohen are excited about the consumer demand generated by the community. Its no surprise that Tullamore has been a popular destination for new home buyers. The communitys prime Tyrone location and award-winning schools have contributed heavily to its success, said Cohen. Manning agreed. Tullamores proximity to I-85, the airport and downtown Atlanta makes it attractive to a wide range of home buyers, she said. Tullamore has more than a prime location. The community offers an intimate, 58-acre setting with just 43 homes priced from the low $300s and a builder team that reads like a whos who in southside residential construction. Builders include Chadwick Homes, Gary Alford & Associates, Jordan Homes & Properties, Kenny Johnson Homes, Rossetti & Rossetti, Inc. and South-Tree Enterprises. Located at the intersection of Dogwood Trail just off Ga. Highway 74, Tullamore is just 6.5 miles from I-85. The community will have an abundance of greenbelts and open areas, as well as a community park. It will also be linked to Tyrones path system, giving residents walking access to Tyrone.
