Northern Oaks now selling lakefront homes

Although its name belies its location, Northern Oaks, another Jones & Minear community, is now selling in south Atlanta. This lake community of estate homes, each one located on a 1-acre homesite, creates an intimate, private environment for homeowners to get away from it all while still being convenient to downtown Atlanta and the airport. Homes range in size from 3,220-3,960 square feet and are priced from $393,900-$477,900.
