New faces in new places in local real estateBryan Adams is now among the full-time real estate professionals at The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City. Adams, a native of Tyrone, has been a Realtor since 2001 and has previous experience in New Homes sales. He specializes in new and resale homes in Peachtree City, Fayette and Coweta counties, and surrounding areas. Adams is a member of the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors. Lisa Dye has joined Prudential Georgia Realty and is based out of the Peachtree City office. Betty Ann Ford is a new agent with the Jonesboro/Clayton County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Ford, who received her training through the Georgia MLS, is a resident of DeKalb County. Sabrina McGee is a new sales associate with the Jonesboro/Clayton County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. In real estate for 14 years, McGee broke into the field as Outstanding Rookie Agent with her original company, and she is a candidate for the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation. Certified by HUD/VA, she is a specialist in handling foreclosures, and she has completed seminars in Techniques of Listing and Selling, New Home Construction, Mold and Synthetic Stucco, and the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics. She is a University of Tennessee alumna. A Clayton County resident, she is active in her childrens school, where she is a PTA member. Chandra Smith has joined Prudential Georgia Realty and is based out of the Peachtree City office. A local graduate of North Cobb High School and the University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in management science, Smith and her family now live in Fayette County. She concentrates on residential real estate in the Fayette and Coweta County area. Professionally, she is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors and the Georgia Association of Realtors. An involved member of the community, she has been a Girl Scout Leader for the last seven years and is a member of the Brooks United Methodist Church, where she is chairperson of the Mission Committee. Amanda Wade is now employed by Mortgage Matters, Inc., working as a loan originator in the Senoia office. She and her husband Steve, who has his own business, have a 2-year-old son, Kohl.
