Liberty Baptist plans patriotic program
The choir and orchestra of Liberty Baptist Church will present One
Nation Under God, a patriotic musical, Sunday morning, July 4,
at 10:15 a.m. Dr. Wood, the senior pastor, will deliver the sermon

Mission Store seeks donated items
The Mission Store Vintage and Thrift Shop is now accepting donations
of gently used clothing, furniture, books, baby items, and home decor.
The store is a non profit organization, operated solely to raise money
to help support long-term missionaries, sponsor individuals going on
short-term mission trips, and help support local faith based organizations.
All donations are tax deductible and a receipt will be provided. Donations
are accepted during business hours, Tuesday through Friday, from 10 a.m.
until 5 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. The Mission Store

Seniors plan trip to Fernbank
The Senior Adult Ministry (SAMs) at Fayetteville Christian Church
will travel to Fernbank Thursday, July 29, and will enjoy Ghosts
of the Abyss at the IMAX Theatre. The cost is $13 per person, not

FFBC WMU sets luncheon
The WMU at Fayetteville First Baptist Church will have a celebration
and luncheon Tuesday, July 6, at 11 a.m. in the new Fellowship Hall.
Pastor Glenn Stringham will speak on Freedom and Liberty in Jesus and

Blood drive planned at FFUMC
Members of Fayetteville First United Methodist Church will have a blood
drive Sunday, July 11, from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. in the church gym. Those

FFUMC VBS is July 12-16
Vacation Bible School at Fayetteville First United Methodist Church
is planned for July 12-16 from 9 a.m. until noon. Children ages four
through fifth grade are invited to attend. The theme is Hero Quest:

Liberty Baptist to offer kids music camp
Gods Kidz Music Camp will be held at Liberty Baptist Church July
12-16, with the performance of a musical scheduled for Sunday, July 18.
Children going into grades 1-7 are invited to participate. The cost is
$20 per person. Morning activities will focus on practicing the musical, Holy
Moses, and afternoons will be filled with other activities such

Eating disorders group meets Wednesdays
Eating Disorders Anonymous, a faith based 12- step program for people
with eating disorders, meets every Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. in Room 303
at the Peachtree City United Methodist Church, Robinson Road Campus,
225 Robinson Road. Each meeting consists of a devotional and a period
of discussion and sharing. The group is open to high school aged students

Senior group meets monthly at FFUMC
Titus II, a senior adult group, meets at noon on the first Tuesday of
each month in the family Life Center at the Fayetteville First United
Methodist Church. A meal, entertainment and guest speaker are featured.
