Police Blotter The following arrests were reported by the Peachtree City Police Department for the past week: Joseph Kline, 35, of Zepher Hills, Fla. June 1 for driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance, driving with an expired tag and failure to meet tail light requirements. Sherry Durham, 37, of Peachtree City June 1 for driving with a suspended license and resisting a police officer. Lawrentia Bediako, 24, of Griffin June 2 for failure to appear in court and speeding. Justin Brown, 17, of Peachtree City June 2 for aggravated assault. Jason Hardegree, 22, of Newnan June 2 for causing a false report of a crime. Brandon Herring, 18, of Peachtree City June 2 for simple battery. Bobby Grimes, 55, of Atlanta June 2 for driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance, driving with defective equipment and unlawful use of a license plate. Joel Rowe, 20, of Senoia June 2 on outstanding warrants from Peachtree City for giving a false name and date of birth to a police officer, forgery in the first degree, driving with a suspended license, obstruction of a police officer and obstructing an intersection. Paulette Jones, 28, of Fairburn June 2 for failure to appear in court. Rogers Hines, 31, of Peachtree City June 3 for simple battery and cruelty to children in the second degree. Sherman Freeman, 39, of Newnan June 3 for violation of probation. Douglas Swaggerty, 38, of Riverdale June 3 for driving with a suspended license. Judith Carney, 40, of Peachtree City June 3 for DUI. Pamela Pappas, 38, of Peachtree City June 4 for DUI and possession of an open container of alcohol. Ernest Caldwell Jr., 20, of Peachtree City June 5 for theft by taking. Daniel Shepherd, 38, of Newnan June 5 for DUI and improper stopping. John Lam, 55, of Peachtree City June 5 for DUI and reckless driving. Allison Wallis, 23, of Smyrna June 5 for driving with a suspended license and a seat belt violation. The department also announced the following drug arrests: Steven Colleta, 18, of Peachtree City May 29 for possession of marijuana (less than one ounce). Nicolas Mena, 19, of Peachtree City June 2 for possession of marijuana (less than one ounce). Gary Nissley, 46, of Atlanta June 2 for possession of methadone, possession of marijuana (less than one ounce) and public intoxication. Mark Elliot, 37, of Fayetteville June 3 for possession of methamphetamine and driving with a suspended license. Michael Hunter, 39, of Morrow June 3 for possession of marijuana (less than one ounce) and possession of an open container of alcohol.
