Tigers get two big wins

The Fayette County Tigers moved to 7-2 overall and 1-0 in region play with a pair of victories last week. In a 15-3 win over Shaw March 16, Justin White pitched a complete game and got offensive help from Ricky Williams and Joey Arnold, who each homered. Williams homered again in Friday’s 15-0 win over Carver, in which Dan Cooper was the winning pitcher.

The Bobcats of Our Lady of Mercy rebounded nicely from a 15-0 loss to Woodward early in the week by defeating Pacelli 10-9.
