Smith joins REAL Business Builders

Michael Smith has recently joined REAL Business Builders, LLC as an Action International business coach.

Smith began his career in sales with 3M Company for two years and Automatic Data Processing for 10 years and was awarded numerous sales awards and promotions resulting in being named Vice President of Sales for ADP with the responsibility of sales for the state of Florida.

He developed the sales and marketing division for a privately held corporation Card Establishment Services,formerly a division of Citicorp Bank, and was responsible for growing the sales team to over 420 sales associates and 400 percent in annual revenues.

Card Establishment Services was subsequently acquired by First Data Corporation where he rose to the level of Executive VP of Mergers and Acquisitions.

Additionally, he participated in beginning two start-up companies one of which is still operating as an international company based out of New York with operations in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Smith decided to pursue his passion for developing small businesses by becoming a partner in the locally owned and operated REAL Business Builders, LLC; a firm dedicated to helping small business owners achieve their goals by teaching them how to grow their business by working on the business rather than in it.
