| First Presbyterian of Peachtree City to present Killmeier, Van Wert in concert The public is invited to attend an All Sacred Concert in the sanctuary of First Presbyterian Church of Peachtree City Sunday, March 14, at 3:30 p.m. Performing will be Bill Killmeier and Cynthia Van Wert. Accompanying on the piano will be Bill Callaway. “This concert promises to be uplifting as the music is a mix of well known hymns mixed with selection of spiritual songs,” a spokesperson said. The baritone Bill Killmeier, a Georgia native and Coweta resident, has performed for over ten years as a full time opera soloist in Germany and is scheduled to appear in an upcoming Atlanta Opera Production. Soprano Cynthia Van Wert, a Fayette resident,was a regional finalist in the Metropolitan Opera competition and the winner of the University of Tennessee concerto competition. She was an apprentice with the Knoxville Opera Company and has vast experience performing opera, oratorio and musical theatre. A donation will be accepted.
