Benefit drive pulls into Union City

Union City-area residents will be able to help the fight against breast cancer when the Eighth Annual Ultimate Drive for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation stops in Union City March 31.

During the past seven years, BMW's Ultimate Drive program has donated more than $7 million dollars to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.Union City residents can take a spin in a new BMW and get a chance to enter a giveaway to win an X3 signed by the cast of “Friends.”

Nineteen specially-designed BMWs will be available for test drives by the public, and for every mile driven, BMW will donate $1 to the Komen Foundation, the nation’s largest funder of breast cancer research. The event is free and will take place at Hank Aaron BMW, 4171 Jonesboro Road, from 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
