Learn about ‘The Plant Lady’

If you’re itching to get in the garden this spring, don’t miss this month’s issue of Fayette Woman magazine.

Judi Kubitz, also known as “The Plant Lady,” is the cover feature in the March issue of the magazine, which is being distributed this week.

Kubitz taught gardening classes at Home Depot for five years and now teaches and helps customers at Andy’s Discount Nursery on Ga. Highway 85 north. She is a master gardener and is certified by the Georgia Green Industry Association as a plant specialist and nurseryman.

A former Georgia Women’s Club Woman of the Year, her story will inspire you to do more than garden. Kubitz is a passionate volunteer for many causes. If you want to know why a small sign in her garden says, “Hope never dies in the heart of a gardener,” be sure to get a copy of Fayette Woman this month.

A limited number of magazines are distributed to nail salons, doctor’s offices, and in other high-traffic areas and businesses around Fayette County. Subscriptions are available to insure you never miss a copy. For information on how to subscribe, call 770-719-1880.
