Banner issue deeper than just a sign ordinance

If the patriotic citizens of Fayetteville would all post “God Bless America” signs in their front yards, and at their places of business, our town might just take the 360-degree turn it’s been badly needing.

Fayetteville needs to make a change for the better, after all the changes for worse we have seen in the last few years. We can, as citizens of this fine town, do something to make a difference.

Let your voice be heard and place your sign out today. The whole country is watching us. What do you want them to see? More importantly, what kind of town do you want your children to live in when they grow up?

One where they are free to bless the mighty God who gave them their liberty, or a politically-correct town where they aren’t allowed to say His name?

This “little” sign issue at Crumpton’s goes much deeper than any city signage law. It’s about our basic American freedoms being threatened at home, right under our noses.

Let’s not let the city leaders of Fayetteville take anything else away from us. Let’s draw the line here!
