Rob Stevenson to address Campus Christian Ministries

Rob Stevenson, Clayton State's best-known singing student, will address the University's Campus Christian Ministries Feb. 24. Stevenson, who is just back from an appearance on the Grammy Awards program, will be speaking from noon to 1 p.m. in room 10 of the University's Lecture Hall. The subject of his presentation? It's the same person he sang background for on the Grammys... "Faith in the Fast Lane: Touring with Justin Timberlake."

Stevenson has been a professional singer since he graduated from Orlando's Evans High School in 1991. However, he also knows that the music business can be fickle, so he has something else to fall back on, his studies at Clayton State. He has also previously found the time to work his "other" career into his activities at the university. He's participated in two of Dr. B.D. Stillion's Murder Mystery Dinner Theaters and has also sung with the university's Clayton State Chorale and Gospel Choir.

Stevenson's talk is free and open to the public, and refreshments will be served afterwards.
