Dash Delivery: Ready when you are

In the busy world we live in today, it seems like there are never enough hours in the day to get the job done. There is always one more meeting to squeeze in, one more report to write, one more client to see. The smallest tasks, like making sure the proper paperwork arrives to the appropriate office, is often the assignment that requires the most time and effort.

Well, not anymore. Now there is a company in town that can make that part of your day easy, freeing you up for the truly important things on your to-do list.

Dash Delivery Services is a courier company located in Fayetteville, with close to 30 drivers ready to deliver your packages anywhere they need to go.

“We find success by satisfying our customers with simplicity,” owner Herb Hatlee says. “When a customer needs a package delivered quickly, it’s simple. We deliver it quickly. When they need a questions answered honestly, simple. We answer it honestly.”

Honesty and integrity are key values for Dash Delivery Services. Hatlee is a former courier who was discouraged by the lack of integrity he saw in the business.

He saw a need for a different type of courier service, one that takes customer services seriously.

“I wanted a courier service founded in values and honesty,” Hatlee says. “I wanted to show integrity when it comes to the customers and drivers. I didn’t want a business that was misleading.”

The answer came in March 2000, when Hatlee started Dash Delivery Services.

The company primarily delivers to the 10-county metro Atlanta area, although the couriers can deliver just about anywhere needed.

Same day and next hour deliveries are the specialty.

“So often courier companies lose sight of the most valuable aspect of this customer service business, the customer,” Hatlee says. “The tend to forget that customers are busy enough as it is, and sending packages or freight should not be a complication adding to their stressful day.”

Dash Delivery Services is doing a good job of keeping that stress at a minimum.

For this courier service, positive results are a daily event. The company has an established customer base, and they hope to grow. Owner Hatlee says his business reflects the economy pretty accurately, and hopes that the recent upswing in the economy will mean a boost for businesses all around.

“We are good people with good attitudes, doing a good service,” Hatlee says. “Our goal is simple. We have an aggressive commitment to providing integrity to this industry.”
