Art show opens this week

Opening this week and sponsored by the Southern Crescent Alliance of Visual Arts, Arts Clayton Gallery is presenting its third annual juried art show.

The works of this exhibit were selected by a special panel, chosen from submissions from local artists, representing a variety of styles and mediums.

The artist chosen Best in Show will receive a purchase award from Arts Clayton and their work will be added to the gallery’s permanent collection.

The gallery is located at 106 north McDonough Street in Jonesboro. Hours are 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturdays. For more information, visit Arts Clayton online at www.artsclayton.org or call 770-473-9986.
