Arts Center accepting entries The Southwest Fulton Arts Center is now accepting entries for its Black History Month Art Exhibition. All materials must be received by Monday, Jan. 26. The exhibition, which will run from Feb. 16 through March 6, will focus on the 40th anniversary of Brown vs. the Board of Education, this years National Black History Month theme. Visual art depicting African-American culture with an emphasis on education and Brown vs. the Board of Education will be featured. Interested artists should submit the following: Slides or photographs of up to five pieces, with name, title, artwork dimensions and year of creation marked on each slide or photograph. Artists biography with contact information and statement about work. Self-addressed stamped envelope for the return of slides and photographs.
