PTC UMC to offer divorce recovery series Those who are recently divorced, contemplating divorce, or separated are invited to attend a 14-week Biblically based course of study on divorce care recovery. The first class will begin on Wednesday, Jan. 14 at Peachtree City United Methodist Church, 225 Robinson Road. The series involves viewing a video while taking notes in a workbook followed by group discussion. The group will meet in room 300 from 7-9 p.m. There is no charge for the 14-week study and free child care is provided. You do not have to be a member of the church to attend. Flat Creek plans adult choir retreat Choir members of Flat Creek Baptist Church are invited to attend the adult choir retreat Jan. 23-25 at the Georgia Baptist Assembly of Toccoa.
