Christ Discipleship Ministries moves to Fairburn

Christ Discipleship Ministries, a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural ministry, recently announced the opening of offices at 114 W. Campbellton Rd. in Fairburn.

Services are held Sunday mornings at 10 a.m. and Wednesday evenings at 7 p.m.

The ministry also will hold a Watch Night service on New Year’s eve, Dec. 31, at 10 p.m.

A spokesperson for CDM said that while the ministry’s focus is on the local community, it also reaches out to the nation and to other nations as well.

“We follow God’s Word to ‘go into all the world,’” the spokesperson said. “CDM networks with other churches, ministries and organizations so that we can fulfill our mission, which is ‘Training people to fulfill their potential by reaching out and touching others through love and servant hood.’ It is a ministry that seeks to be culturally diverse, bringing all people together in a bond of unity. Our heart is to see reconciliation. We are to be a part of breaking the barriers between races, genders, socio-economic groups, and between the young and the old.”
