Whitewater coach: What’s going on?

For many years the citizens of Fayette County have been blessed with a superior school system. Our business and light-industry base has grown because we have been able to showcase the school system and entice capitol investors to the county.

The strength and foundation of Fayette County schools has been the teacher. Our teachers work for low pay, continue their education to improve their quality, and work for hours after school to complete the process of turning our children into educated future leaders and productive citizens.

Has a school board member bullied one of our treasures into the loss of a coaching position? Has The Citizen gone to bat for Ms. Collins and reported all the facts? If there has been abuse of office in this case, then the guilty person or persons should resign.

I call on you, Mr. Beverly, to assign a reporter that will get the facts and report them in your newspaper.
