A new pest control company has begun operations in Fayetteville.

Personalized Pest Solutions, a family-owned company, began treating homes in Fayette and surrounding counties this summer.

“The response to our opening was phenomenal”, says Eric Pline, the president of Personalized Pest Solutions.

“We have had many homeowners tired of the same old service to take us up on our pledge of superior service.”

Pline, a 17 year veteran of the pest management industry, says that the public is tired of technicians who won’t return calls, won’t show up when expected, and won’t take care of the problem when they get there.

“It all comes down to dependability, faithfulness, and competence. Many large companies forget who the customer is- who it is that is supposed to be made happy. We have all had experience with store clerks and service personnel that act as if we, the customers, are inconveniencing them and if it weren’t for us bothering them they could do their job. I will not have Service Specialists start with me or continue with me with that type of attitude. I want my customers to feel like it is their hard-earned money that pays our salaries- because it is.”
