Nicholson wins Presidential award Fayetteville resident Debbie Nicholson, a BellSouth supervisor, has received the Presidential Honors Award in BellSouth's Service Leader program. The award is presented to a select group of employees who have demonstrated exemplary service to business, residential, or wholesale customers. "Customers tell me they can hear the smile in my voice," said Nicholson. "They appreciate my listening, identifying their true needs, and finding the correct resolution." Nicholson is a supervisor for BellSouth Business Services in Atlanta. BellSouth recently received the highest ranking in J.D. Power and Associates 2003 Local Residential Telephone Service Study in the Southeast RegionSM , giving BellSouth its third straight highest ranking in major independent customer satisfaction studies of local phone service.
