Shakespeare class coming Nov. 2 Shakespeare class coming Nov. 2 Offshoot Productions, the Fayette County professional theatre company, is hosting a workshop for performers with no prior experience with acting in the plays of William Shakespeare. 'No-Fear Shakespeare'will take place Sunday, Nov. 2, at Gold's Gym, Peachtree City West, 1964 Ga. Hwy 54, from 1:30-4:30 p.m. The workshop is intended for adults and teens 15 and older. The session, which promises to be a great deal of fun, stimulating and highly informative, introduces participants to Shakespeare's world and language, and shows the relevance of his writing to today's actors and audiences. Participants will experience Shakespeare's insults and compliments, translate Shakespeare's language into contemporary speech, and work on monologues or a brief scene. The completed registration form and the workshop fee of $30 must be received by Oct. 31 to ensure a place in the workshop.
