The Lady Panthers play Riverdale at 5 p.m. Monday, with the Lady Tigers set to take on Lovejoy at 7 p.m. Seeded third in the region, the Lady Tigers are 21-8 overall and still ranked in the states top 10 as they look to defend their 2002 state title. On another field, the fourth-seeded McIntosh Lady Chiefs will face Newnan at 5 p.m., with second-seeded East Coweta scheduled to play Mundys Mill at 7 p.m. All eight teams will play again Tuesday in the double-elimination tournament.
