Dozens of performances from Christian superstars fill Four Nights in October

The Frederick Brown Jr.. Amphitheater has hosted some amazing acts this summer, including some of the biggest acts in rock and roll history. For four nights this week they will host some of the biggest names in Contemporary Christian music with U-Night 17's Four Nights in October. In addition to the concerts at the amphitheater, there will also be an arts and crafts and food festival on Saturday and Sunday, extreme game demonstrations, rockclimbing, bunjee jumping and more.

Things kick off on Thursday with performances by The Swift will open followed by Thousand Foot Krutch, Plumb, By The Tree,andSonicFlood. Providence United Methodist Church will offer late night performances after the concert featuring John Reuben, Mars Ill, Paul Wright, and Exit. Friday performances at the amphitheater will start with a performance from Jubal's Kin and will be followed by Lincoln Brewster, Natalie Grant, Switchfoot, and Audio Adrenaline. Late night performances at Providence UMC will feature The Elms, High Flight Society, Waterproof Feat, and Moxie Davis.

Saturday starts off early with the Taste of Peachtree City and Arts and Crafts Fair at 10 a.m. at Shakerag Knoll, just outside of the amphitheater. There will be musical performances all day as well as a 1 p.m. exhibition from world champion rockclimber Tori Allen, bunjee jumping, gladiator games, a prayer walk, skateboarding and BMX track riding.

Performances on the main stage on Saturday will start with SONZ, followed by Riverside Drive, Casting Crowns, Smalltown Poets, According to John, Out of Eden, and Salvador. According to John's performance will be their farewell performance. The late night shows will feature Strange Occurrence, Royal Ruckus, T2J, andFiveByNine

The Taste of Peachtree City and arts and Crafts Fair will continue on Sunday and at 1 p.m. the Manna skateboarding team will give an exhibition. Performances on the main stage on Sunday start with Trent Monk, who will be followed by The Robbie Seay Band, Like Isaiah, Shane and Shane, Fusebox, Downhere, and Mercyme.

Gates open for concerts on the mainstage at 5 p.m on Thursday and Friday and at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Free camping is available at Providence United Methodist Church. For ticket information or for more information on the event itself, visit www.unight17.org or www.4nights.org.
