Open house for ARC plan Fulton County, in cooperation with the Atlanta Regional Commission, will hold an open house in South Fulton County to discuss the ARC's "Mobility 2030" regional transportation plan. The open house is Sept. 29 from 6:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. at the South Fulton Annex 5600 Stonewall Tell Road in College Park The purpose of the sessions is to gather public input on ways to address traffic congestion issues. Representatives from the Georgia Department of Transportation, the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority and the Metro Atlanta Transit Authority will answer questions. Materials available for review will include the public involvement plan, projects listed by district, maps, and a quarterly status report on transportation issues.
