Jewish, Christian, Muslim communities join hands for interfaith service Sept. 10

Three Fayetteville communities of faith are joining together to offer an interfaith service of hope and healing in remembrance of 9/11 to be held Sept. 10, at 7:30 p.m. at The Episcopal Church of the Nativity, 130 Antioch Road, Fayetteville. The service is open and the community is invited to attend. Childcare will be provided.

Congregation B'nai Israel, The Episcopal Church of the Nativity, and The Muslim Community Center of Atlanta will join together for the service, which will honor those who died on Sept. 11, 2001.

Congregation B'nai Israel is a Jewish Reform Congregation located at the corner of Ga. Hwy. 54 East and Corinth Road. Its members come from Clayton, Henry, Fayette, Douglas, Spalding, and South Fulton counties. For more information on Congregation B'nai Israel, call Sandy DeMuth, 770-471-3586.

The Episcopal Church of the Nativity is at 130 Antioch Road, just off of Ga. Hwy. 92 South.
