Old National Highway subject of meetings
Fulton County planners will hold public meetings in September, October, November, and December to discuss the Old National Highway Livable Centers Initiative Project. All will be held at the Heritage Elementary School, 2600 Jolly Drive, College Park, on the following dates and times:
· Tuesday, September 9 6:30 p.m.-9 p.m.
· Thursday, October 163 p.m.-9 p.m.
· Thursday, November 136:30 p.m.-9 p.m.
· Thursday, December 11 6:30 p.m.-9 p.m.
The transit-oriented project is a joint effort of Fulton County and College Park, and is funded through an Atlanta Regional Commission Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) grant. The LCI program seeks to find driving alternatives by developing transportation projects, expanding mixed land uses, and utilizing mass transit.
