FUMC will offer Prism program

The community is invited to attend a free preview of the Prism Weight Loss Program this Saturday, Aug. 23, at 9 a.m. in room C-260 of the Fayetteville First United Methodist Church.The program will be offered beginning this month.

The Christian-oriented program offers a low carbohydrate, balanced eating plan and features a weekly video presentation along with group support and an emphasis on changing negative thought patterns that lead to overeating.

The cost is $45 for each 6-week session, and classes are offered both mornings and evenings.
