Lake City man arrested for molesting girl A Lake City man has been arrested for molesting a 12-year-old girl at a residence in Fayetteville in June, police said. Melvin Jackson, 31, is charged with child molestation and enticing a child for indecent purposes. According to warrants for his arrest, the incident took place June 16 at a residence on Swan Lake Drive. The case is being investigated by the Fayetteville Police Department.
